about setritual.

setritual (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates setritual.com and sells apparel and related goods. these terms govern your use of the site and any purchase you make.

we may update these terms from time to time. the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

on purchases.

all prices are listed in u.s. dollars and are subject to change without notice. placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.

orders may be canceled or adjusted if a product becomes unavailable, if pricing information is inaccurate, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. if we cancel an order after payment, we’ll refund in full within three to five business days.

on shipping and returns.

shipping timelines, return windows, and exchange policy are governed by our shipping and returns policies, which form part of these terms. please review them before placing an order.

on product representation.

we do our best to represent every piece accurately — color, fit, fabric, and feel. monitor settings vary, and small variations between the image on your screen and the piece in your hand are normal. if a piece arrives and it isn’t what you expected, our returns policy applies.

on intellectual property.

the “setritual” name and the “sr” monogram are trademarks of setritual, protected under u.s. and international trademark law.

all other content on the site — including product names, photography, copy, layout, and design — is owned by setritual and protected under copyright law.

you may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. personal use and short-form sharing (reposting, quoting, tagging) is welcome.

on user conduct.

by using the site, you agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• attempt to interfere with the site’s security or infrastructure.
• scrape, copy, or resell content without permission.
• impersonate setritual or any other person or entity.
• submit false information when placing an order.

on accounts.

if you create an account on setritual.com, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. notify us at hello@setritual.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

on limitation of liability.

setritual is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

on shipping delays.

once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. setritual is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. we’ll always help you resolve an issue — email hello@setritual.com.

on governing law.

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in miami-dade county, florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

on severability.

if any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
