if a piece isn’t right, we make the return simple — and we read every fit note that comes back with one.
how to start.
include the following:
- your full name.
- your order number.
- the piece you’d like to return or exchange.
- a note on the fit — what worked, what didn’t.
we’ll reply within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
how to send it back.
send the piece back unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.
once we receive it, your refund or exchange is processed within three to five business days. refunds reappear on your original payment method depending on your bank — typically within 5 to 10 business days after we process.
on shipping fees.
original shipping is non-refundable. return shipping is on us — a prepaid label is included with every return.
on exchanges.
same piece, different size or color — free, always. we’ll hold the new size for you while the original is in transit.
